- I am an Associate within the Shoosmiths Real Estate team. I specialise in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, development, corporate support and property finance work.
I act for a wide variety of clients, including several major organisations within the financial services sector.
Recent transactions include the acquisition of five public houses for re-development, the re-financing of five nursing homes with a value of £13 million, the sale of a City Link franchise with seven properties and assisting in a £30 million sale and leaseback of a portfolio of properties for Volkswagen Group.
